In this module you will get an introduction to one of the most utilized tools in data analytics, Microsoft (MS) Excel.

This module covers the basics of Microsoft (MS) Excel concepts: Data Validation, Logical Function, what if Analysis, Goal seeks, Lookup functions, Pivot Tables, Array Functions, Excel Dashboard, VBA Macro, Variables in VBA, Looping in VBA, Variables in VBA, Mail functions, Charts and slicers, Protecting sheet.

The first two weeks are a conceptual introduction to the ideas behind turning data analytics into actionable knowledge by way of Excel.

The third week is a practical introduction to power BI. We will briefly examine and explore data visualization using Power BI. It is recommended that you utilize tools such as git, GitHub, and begin to create your profile for the remainder of the course.
