LocalTek is a workforce development program that focuses on building the technology workforce. Started in Nashville, TN, the LocalTek program addresses the technology skills gap, and widens the technology talent pipeline to help put local people into local jobs.

LocalTek is a flexible workforce development program that combines on-the-job training with classroom instruction from industry leaders and 1-on-1 mentorship to accelerate learning, and get you into your career faster!
ON-THE-JOB LEARNING
LocalTek utilizes on-the-job learning to accelerate the learning process for trainees. LocalTek trainees are ready to work in less time!
TECHNICAL LEARNING
LocalTek courses are taught by industry experts, and teach relevant skills that employers need.
1-ON-1 MENTORSHIP
Receiving 1-on-1 Mentorship is extremely important to the success of LocalTek trainees. All trainees receive mentorship to help guide them on their journey toward a fulfilling career.
WHAT WE DO
The US economy is expected to add 8 million jobs between 2018-2023. Employers have said that 70% of those jobs incorporated a technology component, which widens the skills gap for many American workers. Current training programs struggle to keep up with the demand for more technological talent. LocalTek provides a way for employers to train or upskill their own pipeline of tech talent.
